2. What we process and why
We process data needed to book and provide accommodation (in particular name, contact details, stay details and payment data related to the booking), data from the contact form or email communication, and technical data necessary to run the website.
Purposes: performing the accommodation contract and related communication, handling enquiries, meeting legal obligations (e.g. records), and our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based mainly on performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating the website and protecting the provider’s rights. Where consent is required, processing is based on consent.
4. Recipients and processors
For online bookings we use the Previo booking system, which processes data needed for the booking as a processor / service provider. Data may also be processed by the website host to the extent required to operate the site.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Disclosure to public authorities occurs only where required by law.
5. Retention
Booking-related data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for periods required by law (especially accounting and tax rules). Enquiry messages are kept until handled and for a reasonable time afterwards. Technical data and cookie-consent records are kept as long as needed to operate the website.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability (where GDPR allows), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
