These terms govern accommodation services under the Apartmány Atrium brand. The provider is Atrium LT s.r.o., registered office Okružní 79, 412 01 Litoměřice, Company ID (IČO): 27351092, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ27351092, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 160103 (the “provider”).

The provider offers short-term stays in Apartmány Atrium apartments at Okružní 79, 412 01 Litoměřice. Equipment, capacity and descriptions of individual apartments are shown on the website and in the booking system.

Bookings can be made online via the Previo booking system on this website, or by another method agreed with the provider.

The accommodation contract is formed when the booking is confirmed. Price, payment terms, cancellation terms and other booking-specific conditions are shown during the Previo booking flow and in the booking confirmation. Those conditions prevail over these general terms to the extent they differ.

Guests must provide true and complete information needed for the booking and communication.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00. A different arrival or departure time is possible only by prior agreement and cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in details are provided in the booking confirmation or by the provider.

The property is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

Guests must observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00. Parties and events are not allowed.

Pets are allowed for a possible fee. Children are welcome; a baby cot for ages 0–1 is available free of charge on request, subject to availability. Extra beds are not available.

Guests are responsible for careful use of the apartment and common areas and for damage caused by them or by persons staying with them.

The accommodation price and payment method follow from the confirmed booking (including any fees for services, parking or pets if agreed).

Payment and cancellation terms for a specific booking are governed by the conditions shown in Previo at the time of booking.

The provider is responsible for providing accommodation in line with the confirmed booking and applicable law. The provider is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, third parties outside its control, or loss of guest belongings, unless the law provides otherwise.

Guests must promptly report defects or damage found on arrival or during the stay.

Complaints and booking or stay queries should be sent to the provider via the Contact page, preferably in writing (email) with the booking number.

Complaints will be handled without undue delay.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; otherwise Czech courts have jurisdiction.

The provider may update these terms. For a specific booking, the version effective on the date of confirmation applies unless the confirmation states otherwise.
